Shuttering charge hand • Rains County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Rains County, Texas. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On a typical shift you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
