Aluminium fitter wanted in Blaenau Gwent

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Blaenau Gwent, Wales. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish What we are looking for: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
