Site safety steward • Sunderland, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Sunderland, England. You will work on a high-rise building project. You will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Pay around £150 per day, based on your experience.
