Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Anderson County, Kansas. The job is at a high-rise construction project. Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing You will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors.
