Join our team: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The job is at a busy building site. On a typical shift you will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 4+ years on the tools preferred.
