Day-to-day duties: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Full-time with occasional weekends.
