Join our team: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Newton County, Arkansas. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. Day to day you will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
