Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Morton County, Kansas. You will be based on a construction site. Day to day you will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
