The role involves de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections Part-time with flexible hours.
