Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Mora County, New Mexico. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Your main tasks: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Part-time with flexible hours. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
