Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Sully County, South Dakota. Day to day you will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. Ideal candidate: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
