Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Akoko South West, Ondo State. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. On the job you will handle: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Requirements: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Rotating shifts.
