Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Merced County, California. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
