Fry cook • Boise County, Idaho

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Boise County, Idaho. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Rotating shifts.
