Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Toole County, Montana. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 1+ years on the tools preferred.
