Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Kankia, Katsina State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
