Great opportunity: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Doniphan County, Kansas. You will be based in a commercial truck tyre depot. Day-to-day duties: • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear Requirements: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Punctual and willing to work weekends Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
