Tandoor cook — Kearney County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kearney County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
