Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Washington County, Tennessee. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
