Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
