We are recruiting: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Warren County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Your main tasks: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
