Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Amite County, Mississippi. On a typical shift you will backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
