Great opportunity: plant operator (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Carteret County, North Carolina. You will work on a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift You should have: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
