Lift erector — Plaquemines Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift erector in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. The role involves respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
