Join our team: we are hiring a plastering hand in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. On a typical shift you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration. Requirements: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
