Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
