You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Part-time with flexible hours.
