Safety officer • Madagali, Adamawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety officer in Madagali, Adamawa State. Ideal candidate: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Day to day you will deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
