Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Monroe County, Tennessee. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
