You should have: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Day-to-day duties: • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
