Sheet metal press operator • Orleans Parish, Louisiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Record output and downtime on the production sheet Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
