Site labourer — County of Ceredigion

Now hiring: we are hiring a site labourer in County of Ceredigion, Wales. You will work on a building construction site. Day to day you will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
