What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Able to read isometric and site drawings Your main tasks: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around £2,100 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
