Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Adams County, Indiana. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations 3+ years on the tools preferred.
