Great opportunity: paint booth operator (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Wabasha County, Minnesota. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred.
