Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Stanley County, South Dakota. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts We offer $10,750 per project plus benefits.
