Concrete shuttering carpenter • Knox County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Knox County, Missouri. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites 3+ years on the tools preferred.
