Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Ocean County, New Jersey. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings You will glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
