Join our team: concrete placer (Kansas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete placer in Rice County, Kansas. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE 1+ years on the tools preferred.
