Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Randolph County, Arkansas. You will be based at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time, day shift.
