Sheet metal press operator • Grafton County, New Hampshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Grafton County, New Hampshire. You will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
