Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Randolph County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Randolph County, Alabama. You will work in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $6,250 per project plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
