Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
