Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Potter County, South Dakota. The job is at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Your main tasks: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Performance bonus on top of base pay.
