We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Grant County, Nebraska. Requirements: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly The role involves check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench.
