Immediate opening: safety marshal (New Mexico)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Torrance County, New Mexico. You will work at an oil and gas facility. Your main tasks: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
