Rebar worker • North Lanarkshire, Scotland

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. Day-to-day duties: • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. £2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
