Vacancy available: lift mechanic (North Dakota)

Join our team: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Adams County, North Dakota. You will work in a residential tower block. On the job you will handle: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
