Join our team: car refinisher (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Gaines County, Texas. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. On a typical shift you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. You should have: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
