Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Ondo West, Ondo State. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Your main tasks: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦1,550 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
